Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Wildrose Style, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and heritage-rich artistry of our collections. Each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure it meets our high standards of timeless elegance and quality before it is shipped to you.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, intricate hand embroidery, and the artisanal process involved in creating our designs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
Exchange Eligibility (If Applicable)
We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. While we do not offer returns, we may offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same style, subject to the following conditions:
- Availability: The requested size must be in stock.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact us at info@wildrosestyle.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation
As we strive to process and ship orders promptly, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all Custom Orders, Made-to-Order pieces, and items purchased during a Sale or Promotion are strictly final sale and are not eligible for exchange or replacement unless damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
